At home
Call a doctor to confirm the death. Then contact the funeral service. The choice of funeral service is always up to you. No hospital, social facility, or the Czech Police may determine which funeral service a family should use. We provide transportation non-stop, 24 hours a day.
In a hospital or facility
The facility will handle most of the formalities. You can contact us at any time to discuss further steps.
In a public place
The medical service and the police are responding. After their intervention, you can contact us – we will help with transportation and further steps.
