Family, loved ones and the public said goodbye to the director of MgA. Jiří Fréhar on Friday, June 26, 2025, in the Big Ceremonial Hall of the Crematorium Strašnice in Prague, who died on June 12 at the age of 87.
Jiří Fréhar worked on many theater stages. Since 1998, he has been employed as a director and artistic director of the Central Bohemian Theater in Kladno. As a director, he was most recently behind the production of Fate Lachesis by the Polish author Marek Soból, which premiered at the Švandov Theater in November 2013.
