Cooperation with healthcare and social facilities

These activities are provided by our pathology department, which has modern technical and hygienic facilities that meet all legal and operational requirements. Our company has been ensuring this legal obligation for a long time in cooperation with dozens of partners.

This cooperation is based on the provisions of Section 4 of Act No. 256/2001 Coll., on funeral services, according to which a healthcare or social service facility is obliged to ensure, at its own expense, the storage of human remains for a period of 48 hours from the date of death (or from the completion of the autopsy, if one has been performed).

After this period, we are an authorized provider for further storage until the body of the deceased is handed over to the funeral service authorized to organize the funeral.

Information for funeral services

For our colleagues from funeral services, we arrange the handover of the deceased upon submitting a power of attorney from the person ordering the burial.
We are available to you during regular operating hours and, if necessary and by prior agreement, outside the operating hours.
