Ing. Č.’s earthly journey ended yesterday and I am thinking back to the individual moments of that difficult week. And one of the bright spots was meeting you on Monday.

Let me thank you for your sensitivity, willingness and helpfulness, with which you helped the funeral to take place at the scheduled time, that is, on Saturday. If you had not helped us, it would have been a huge problem – by that time we had already ordered the press parte, called everyone with the date and arranged the restaurant after the ceremony and suddenly this complication, which I had not even thought of. So on behalf of P. I thank you and please pass on my thanks to your staff. Completely professional, restrained, calm and non-emotional. Exactly what a person needs at this difficult time.

Since I do not have contact information for the lady who arranged the grave preparation for me at the Na Malvazinkách cemetery administration, please pass on my thanks to her and also to the gravediggers who prepared the grave perfectly and ensured that everything ran smoothly. I really had no idea how professional and flawless this service segment is and how great it works.
