Farewell to the President of the Czech Cycling Federation

It was a great honor for us to be able to participate in the final farewell to the President of the Czech Cycling Federation, Petr Marek.
The farewell took place on December 14, 2024 at the Motol Velodrome – Prague 5.
Mr. Marek died suddenly at the age of 60. His sudden death was a great blow to Czech cycling.
“No words can express the sorrow we feel at this moment. It is a huge loss for all of us. Petr Marek left this world completely unexpectedly and we will be dealing with his passing for a very long time. I would like to express my sincere condolences to the family and all the bereaved,” said the Vice President of the Federation, David Průša.
