Hello, I would like to thank Mrs. Venclová, who works at the funeral home in Oblouková Street in Vršovice.
Unfortunately, I have recently been arranging several funerals for my family and I have encountered very kind, understanding and nice behavior here. She is a lady who is truly in her place. In such a difficult moment as the passing of a close family member, she took care of me with full understanding of the situation. I thanked her personally, but I would like the employer to know that they “own” a treasure. I know that it sounds a bit pathetic, but why not. I think so. Willingness and honesty are a great rarity.
