It is difficult to evaluate this type of service. They helped when needed, with the necessary professionalism. They offered several possible solutions at a reasonable price. The gentleman at the branch reserved as much time for us as we needed, even closing later for us. Little things that were pleasing in retrospect were, for example, the creation of the obituary, where we sat for about an hour and redone it 5 times, including proofreading, discussing the process, how everything is done legally and legitimately.
We could say that these little things started with the arrival of the funeral service employees, when we received a very nice information leaflet about what would happen next and what to report to. The whole process took a few hours, but we left informed and with the knowledge that everything was already underway.
And so all that remains is to say: I hope I won’t have to come to you again (at least not in the foreseeable future), but I know that I can turn to you.
