Notary proceedings and urn pick-up:
You will be called on with a letter by the notary to arrange the inheritance proceedings.
Urn pick-up
The urn will be made available for pick-up at our facility where the funeral was arranged 10 workdays after the ceremony or cremation. You will not be explicitly called on to pick it up.
The urn can be picked up only by the customer who ordered the funeral. If they cannot come, they need to give another person a proxy for the urn pick-up (the signature needs not to be verified by a notary).
Paperwork necessary for the pick-up
- ID of the customer (or a designated person, including the proxy)
- Tax invoice – funeral arrangement order
- Receipt
